My friends' house in North Carolina is no exception. Throughout the Christmas period, their cottage shines with all kinds of lights, decorative compositions, from the ridge of the roof to the backyard.

Americans begin to prepare for the holidays almost as soon as Halloween has died down. They decorate houses gradually, every day in a small area. Today they hung an LED garland on the roof, tomorrow they put up a Christmas tree, and the day after tomorrow they wrapped the staircase with lights. There is more than one Christmas tree, there are many of them, both living and artificial.

Also striking is the abundance of all kinds of decorations and nativity scenes. They are placed in the courtyard, in the kitchen, in the hall, in the living room, they also decorate window sills. Every year my friends buy new decorative houses, making up whole settlements from them. I really like this tradition, because it is not financially expensive, and with them I will be remembered in a special way every year.

The windows are decorated with tinsel, garlands of postcards, and figures of your favorite Disney cartoons. I really liked the idea of ​​combining the LED garland with fluffy silver tinsel, it turns out a mesmerizing magic effect.

It is not necessary that the decoration should be purchased, the stroller with deer shown in the first photo was made by hand. The main thing is that all family members are involved in decorating the house and an atmosphere of anticipation of a holiday, happiness and miracles is created.
