Dacha cares take a lot of energy, and no one will argue with that. So I look at my neighbors, who work in the beds from 6 to 18 in the morning, and I understand that it is impossible to live like this.

No, no, I do not call for sowing the entire area with lawn grass and only mowing it. Vegetables and fruits should grow too. The main thing is to find a middle ground, everything is good in moderation.

Many neighbors have absolutely no recreation areas on their plots - no swing, not even a more or less comfortable gazebo or bench.

My wife and I take a rational approach: a little work, a little rest. So we are doing landscaping to the best of our ability:

We made a decorative stump with a roof and a luminous door and a window - to scare neighbors at night :)

They also made a decorative windmill from the remains of the house cladding, which was placed near the Ukrainian fence with pots. The wife planted calendula and a decorative bow next to them.
It turned out very nicely:

Here is another garden innovation of the year - they began to make an alpine slide. The first 10 residents were settled. Hopefully in 2021 we will plant it completely and fill it with beautiful purchased stones.

We also bought an earthen pagoda, installed columns from old Soviet sewer pipes. On the left, they erected Sara Moiseevna - a plaster statue. To prevent it from flowing from the rains, we covered it with varnish. In two layers.

They also laid used linoleum on the track and sprinkled it with gravel.
Large flat stones (steps) were found on their own site.

By the way, initially the stump was covered with moss - it looked great, but it did not take root, and most of it was blown away by gusts of wind:
