Injecting allows you to restore walls, ceilings, floors, foundations and other concrete structures, avoiding the dismantling of structures and expensive earthworks. In addition to filling and bonding, it provides waterproofing and sealing. Work can be carried out under any temperature conditions, even in the cold season with frost.

What equipment and mixtures will be required for injection?

Injecting - filling cracks and depressions with a special compound under pressure using injection pumps and packer.

The pump is selected depending on the scope of work and the composition of the substance with which it is planned to fill the cracks. It can be tame

injectors or mechanized. They have different power and characteristics.

The pump kit will require packers and hoses. These are specialized tubes with which solutions are injected into cracks.

As a composition for filling a crack when injecting use polymerized resins (epoxy and polyurethane resin) and polycement mortars finely ground. The compositions should be viscous and fluidto fill even the narrowest cracks, as well as to have strong adhesion and surface strengthening properties.

The injection process

The basic principle injecting lies in the fact that under pressure it is necessary to inject the selected mixture deep into the cracks. Filling cracks should be started by expanding them 2-3 times, and removing dust from them with a vacuum cleaner, or blowdown compressor. Further in the crack are installed packerswhich are covered with protective materials. Packers filled with building mixture and using pump completely fill the cracks under pressure. After that, the equipment is removed.

The technology should be selected individually for each case. The work should not be done by an incompetent person. Injecting should be performed by professional specialists who can choose the right composition, identify the reasons and develop the correct technique for introducing the solution.
