How to sharpen a saw blade by hand, right on a circular
You can correct the sharpening of any saw blade with carbide teeth directly on the circular. Today I tested this method and was satisfied with the result.
I got the idea of this sharpening method from a Canadian blogger John Hayes.
True, I implemented it, I'm a little different.
I found a suitable block, cut it off at an angle of 15 degrees, and made a cut in the center of the wedge.
Then he started the saw blade into the cut and fixed it with a clamp so that the saw teeth lay on the diamond bar.
And further, moving the bar forward and backward perpendicular to the saw blade, you can correct the sharpening of the tooth.
For a disc with a different number of teeth, the support wedge is fixed and shifted so that the plane of the tooth evenly touches the diamond block.
To make it easier to navigate which teeth are already rules and which are not, I put a risk on the disc with a pencil.
If the saw is not "killed", then it turns out to correct the sharpening quickly. It took me 20 minutes for two disks.
