For a long time, the neighbor did not agree to install a fence between the sites. Finally found an option that suits both of us!
I never thought that I would be involved in a "near-intake" conflict! But... cottage and neighbors! - there is as much pleasant as unpleasant in these words.
The regulations prohibit the installation of a solid fence, if there is no consent from neighbors! The fence must be air and light permeable!
A few months ago, with these words, I began my article about an unexpected conflict with neighbors ...
But finally, we kind of came to an agreement!
A little less than a year ago, we became the owners of a wonderful suburban area. Relations with neighbors were not bad. But I was somewhat embarrassed by their "sociability", frequent peeping into our yard. I wanted some kind of privacy at the dacha. We decided to put up a fence. But, discussing this issue with a neighbor, I was immediately refused - I do not need a fence. All the more deaf. Chain-link and point.
I began to study the norms. And indeed - a blank fence between sites without the consent of neighbors is prohibited.
Of course, this state of affairs did not suit me. All this "openness" is not for me. I made periodic attempts to negotiate with the neighbors. But they were adamant. In the end, I already came up with the printed photos, guaranteed that I would cover all the costs. All I need from them is consent.
One fine sunny day, they suddenly decided to consider options. I immediately offered them several solutions from various materials and different price categories. I was sure that at least something they will like!
Louvered fences
I had never heard of them before. Although I saw it in other areas, I did not understand what it was. Consist of metal slats. They look very stylish and modern.
Fence
This option is to my liking! I like the picket fence. For separating adjacent areas - ideal. And you can choose the height you need, and it looks aesthetically pleasing. I found excellent models from the manufacturer in terms of price-quality ratio. There, the action also took place on time - a double-sided picket fence at the price of a one-sided one. Here is the link, suddenly someone is interested - fence action
Double-sided corrugated board
This is an economy segment. To be honest, I never dreamed of such a fence. But I decided to offer it so that premium options would look more profitable against its background. In principle, I did not consider one-sided professional flooring, because experts in "Center of Metal Roof" I was told that corrugated board with gray soil on one side is not suitable for fences, it is used only as a roof covering.
Collected interesting models, told, showed the photo to a neighbor. He seemed to agree. He liked the picket fence.
The main thing now is not to change your mind!
