The couple bought the apartment not in a new building, but in the old fund. Naturally, there is no need to wait for a good repair in such a home when buying. And the mortgage for which the living space was purchased does not always allow you to immediately update the situation.

So, a young married couple lived for some time in an unfavorable interior. The kitchen was gloomy, cluttered, and smelled of something old and stale.

The wife constantly showed her dissatisfaction with the situation. And one day my husband said: "That's it, we are starting the repair!"

The decision did not involve large costs, and the man did most of the work himself. The renovation turned out to be modest, but nice, certainly much better than it was.

We started by collecting all the trash in big garbage bags. Then the head of the family removed all the old furniture. Friends helped to dismantle the old skinning material.

My wife got the role of a designer. They did not become wise and chose the classic combination of colors - white and black.

We ordered inexpensive furniture, washed the stove and decided to use it - it is still in excellent condition. We bought a new refrigerator.

Black-and-white facades go well with a white apron, which was laid out with fashionable "hog" tiles or, more simply, "brick". The gray wood worktop is not easily soiled. It matches the color of the tiles on the floor.

We bought a budget dining group in the store. The original solution was the wall at the table, decorated with inspiring phases. The ledge above the window was covered with black wallpaper, and stylish black and white curtains were selected for the interior.

Despite the savings in finances, it turned out very stylish. The dining table top has become a brighter color accent. Of course, such a table is not very suitable for a laconic monochrome interior, but residents like it - the main thing is that they feel comfortable.

The wife is now happy and thanks her husband for the fact that despite the difficult financial situation, he was able to update the kitchen and give the family comfort.
