Have saved up 120 thousand R. and made a modest renovation of the kitchen 6 sq. m.

Several years ago, a married couple with two children bought a small apartment on the secondary market. The conditions were not ideal, but quite suitable for living. Since the family budget did not allow it to be done immediately, they decided to save up money and only after that update the interior.

The kitchen area is only 6 sq. m. The accumulated 120 thousand was enough for a simple and modest, but neat repair. During the family's residence, the furniture in the kitchen had worn out, so the couple decided to make repairs in this room first.

The upper white cabinets were hung along one wall, the lower part of the kitchen unit was extended to the second wall. The lower cabinets have been made dark purple. The worktop and backsplash are made of the same material, resembling a stone surface. We installed a white gas stove, a stone sink and an extractor hood. There was no place for the microwave oven, so I had to put it on the windowsill.

The walls and ceiling were pasted over with wallpaper with a gray-white pattern, this design does not look very nice, a simple white ceiling would fit so much better here. A massive lamp lowers the ceiling even lower. The window was decorated with beautiful white and purple curtains. A small gray carpet was laid on top of the laminate.

A refrigerator, dining table and chairs were placed against the opposite wall. A clock and a small lamp were placed on the wall. In the place where the upper cabinets are missing and the kitchen apron ends, a small TV was hung.

In general, the result is a simple and neat kitchen. We made an interior for which there was enough money, but we didn't have to take out a loan. The spouses liked this design of the kitchen.

It is worth noting that the kitchen design has minor flaws, which, in principle, are easy to fix.

The new design of the kitchen turned out to be neat, but the flaws still need to be removed. After eliminating them, you will get a good interior, which could be done for such modest money.
