We twist the plates together, fixing them to the main body with a bolt and a nut, as shown in the photo.

In general, this element does not have to be done strictly according to the description, or you can not do it at all, just leave the bottom hole as it is. The author made such a mount for installing the spotlight, you may not need it.

Now we are cleaning the whole thing so that our product has at least some aesthetic appearance. Can be painted as desired.

And now the main and important part of the design is the installation of bearings in the upper holes of the workpiece.

We fasten the bearings to the bolts, as shown in the photo. We put the bearing on the bolt and fix it with a nut, then insert the bolt into the hole of the workpiece, fix it again with a nut so that the bolt is not movable. Next, we put on the second bearing, again fix it with a nut and cut off the excess part of the bolt stud.

The note. In this version of the production of rollers, the fastening mechanism has the possibility of angular displacement along the bolt axis. Considering that a spotlight will be installed there, then such an offset will not be superfluous.

We take two metal corners, fix them to the ceiling of your garage in a convenient way for you, while maintaining a gap for moving the rollers. We insert videos and use them for our own purposes.
