Everyone who more or less thinks about their future, financial development and comfort are trying to leave for the cities.

What does the state system do to stop such a process? Practically and practically nothing, except programs to support young specialists when moving to the countryside after graduation and when moving to the Far East. Let's talk about this.

One of the most popular federal programs is the "Young specialist in the countryside".

The program for providing young specialists to the agro-industrial complex. According to it, citizens of the Russian Federation who are not older than 35 years old can receive a subsidy in the amount of: 30, 40 or 60 thousand rub. But this is not a pure subsidy. This is a loan on favorable terms: up to 2,145,000 rubles at 5% per annum for 10 years. If a family of two young professionals moves, this limit increases. Citizens are considered young professionals up to 35 years old. Application consideration period - up to 2 months. Payment not in cash or to a bank account to an individual. The young specialist will not see the money. The payment is transferred to the person from whom the housing is purchased. As is the case with a mortgage.

Most likely - this is a set of measures from the employer and not necessarily it will be cash in the form of additional amounts in wages. Support measures will be spelled out in the employment contract with the employer. Ask him in advance for review, so that there are no surprises.
