We don't see him often, but nevertheless, I asked him to tell us a little about how he tries to keep himself in this shape. He said that he himself does not know, he simply adheres to a special daily routine and a few simple principles that have been followed with him in life for a long time.

1. Food

Sport, also an integral part of his life, a long time ago, he was involved in athletics at a professional level, now he runs a little hard, but he likes to do exercises in the morning, and then go out and walk around, alternating a slow step with fast.

Yes, and during the day, there are many activities, but he advised me this:
"Rarely try to do something through force, as it will certainly affect your health in the future."

3. Stress

The main enemy of all people in the 21st century. Stress surrounds us everywhere: home, work, family, bad habits. There are several ways you can try to deal with stress: healthy sleep and silence.

Grandfather's stress is not often visited, and in general, he is a calm person, but if something like this happens, then he prefers not to panic and fill your head with this, and go to sleep a little or turn off all electrical appliances and just sit for about 20 minutes in silence.

He says that in general it helps a lot, but unfortunately I cannot judge.
