I installed a bottle cutter to dissolve the bottle into a strip, cut off the neck, passed the plastic through the knife of the apparatus, and got a transparent tape.

I made four such garters, which are almost invisible, wide plates do not press on the stem and do not interfere with its growth, everything is held very firmly.
