This exercise is recommended immediately after waking up. The person should be comfortable on a sofa or chair in a sitting position. Hands should be extended forward at chest level with fingers spread out, as if you want to grab something.
After that, begin translational rotation with the right hand in a clockwise direction for no more than 2 minutes. Then repeat the same with the left hand. Do the following rotations counterclockwise for the same amount of time.
This exercise will help you strengthen your cardiovascular system, cervical vertebrae, and shoulder joints. The result is achieved due to the fact that there are lymphatic zones in the area of the hands.
Rotation causes the joints to warm up, and the lymph expels negative energy and all bad deposits from the body.
