Winter is a great time to plan the next season and get started without wasting time. And the best help is real experience. It is necessary to "master" the garage, the budget, as usual, is modest, but you want a decent result - you are welcome. FORUMHOUSE has a story for this case from Vovka_s. He tells how he built a budget garage and what he saved on.
From what, how, how much Vovka_s built a frame
I decided to build the garage frame from 50x100 mm timber. I put a plank beam, secured it with anchors to the base. I laid two layers of roofing material between the base and the timber. The bar was treated with an antiseptic neomid from a garden sprayer. It turns out pretty quickly. The frame was built in two days, another day was spent on the rafter system (I assembled rafter trusses on the ground and then, with the help of my wife and son, lifted them up).
Next, a batten was made from a 25x100 mm board. At this, the construction of the frame was completed, in total it took 4-5 days to build the frame. Material - 1.5 cubes of timber and 0.5 cubes of boards. For the money:
- lumber, with delivery - 15 tons;
- nails and antiseptic - 1500 RUB
