Stylish one-story building: almost Black, but definitely House. Start
The history of the construction of an unusual frame house. Land purchase, project development
An interesting trend is observed among the craftsmen of the portal - having built one house, they will soon start a new construction project. FORUMHOUSE continues the cycle of first-person stories with just such a story.

From the sale of the first BlackHouse about a year has passed, probably, I'm still young and relatively free, my hands itched to start a new construction. A picture to attract attention, which is, in fact, the project itself at home (3D I can-love-practice).
Land purchase
The first step was to buy a plot. After the fatigue from the train, the saturation of the near Moscow region with various loitering subjects, the understanding that without a car anyway, it was decided to look further in the wilderness. I wanted peace and quiet. As a result, literally after the first viewing, 6 acres of land were purchased in a just beginning to be sold village not far from Sergiev Posad, in fertile, almost holy and saturated with manure agricultural lands. The absence of everything that just was not compensated for by the price. "Nothing, we'll make some money!" - I thought and bought 600 m² somewhere here.
First time I saw nettles taller than myself. But as the tractor driver who was cleaning the site said - "Ept, vooot such tomatoes will grow at you!" Although tomatoes were not planned. Then I lived on pr. The world and the ride was convenient, although Yaroslavka was under construction forever, but simply chose the time with the least traffic jams (5 am shorter) and calmly flew these 80 km in an hour.
There are only about 135 plots in the village, there is a forest around on three sides, and only on one side there is an entrance from a dirt road. The residents were confident in themselves, in the board there are entirely young people, I even foolishly go there too fit in, wanted to hit the immature minds with architecture (then I realized that it was not mine and signed out through year). In general, the movement began to develop virgin lands in which the former collective farm field, and now a small but proud DNP, was located.
And I, meanwhile, was engaged in the project.
Design
Here you need to build on some input data.
First, finance. Yes, yes, you should still think about the fact that no matter how you would like it, you will never get five thousand per square meter in a "normal" house. And also, the stronger your Wishlist “I want WINDOWS, DOORS, FIREPLACE AND THAT THE SLAVES ON THE VERANDA FUCHED ME ON THE VERANDA” the (logically) all this is more expensive. So figure out that from In the end, you need to pay 25 thousand rubles per square (material, work, engineering, finishing not with clapboard) and feel free to make plans to capture acres.
Secondly, you should understand the place where you are going to put the house. I am glad that more and more people are choosing huge panoramic windows, various passages, verandas and other beauty. But to put, for example, Dubldom, in a village like mine, I would not. To end up covering everything with curtains, or even more automatic blinds? Eh, give me a couple of hectares with a beautiful view, eh, I would ...
But no. 6 ares. Fence. Forest. Neighbors. We proceed from this.
Thirdly. For what and to whom. This is my dacha. I was not going to live there for permanent residence. T. e. I needed minimal bedrooms, a veranda, a living room, a utility block. By adding point 1 and point 2, it was decided that 70 meters would be enough for me, and then we'll see.
Therefore, we begin to figure out the options for events, where is the check-in, where is the input, where, as we think, the neighbor will stick his three-story mansion...
Well, there are different options for settling, so that everyone has enough and is inexpensive:
But in the end we will stop at this:
65 m², two small bedrooms, bathroom with shower (I'm not a connoisseur of baths), living room, veranda:
Constructive
Okay, we've decided on the layout. In principle, kvadratish is prakish gud and nothing so complicated. It's time to move on to the constructive. Although there is again nothing in excess, because we are building a frame, but not two floors, and the span is small. All sizes are 11.5 by 5.5 meters. In a word, hoba, hello sketch.
Then there were of course minor adjustments, but in principle everything is as in the picture.
Here it is necessary to explain the choice of several points, why so and not otherwise.
As you remember, Blackhouse was at the UWB, and here - mommies - SCREW PILE God forgive me. It's simple - I wanted to try them (on someone else, if not on myself) and did not want to mess with concrete and generally minimize excavation work. USP, UFF and in general all these floors on the ground are insanely good and looking ahead I will say this - if the piles do not shine on you about any slopes or swamps, in general, for good reasons for choosing them - do not use them just because "cheap". This is not so, considering how much more is then spent on the foundation in this case. Probably their only plus in my case is the speed and "purity" of the process.
I also wanted to try the seam on the roof. Therefore, the roof is pitched, with a minimum slope for such a base. But due to simplifications, there is only one slope. Moreover, it is usually done from the entrance so that the snow does not roll down on your head. I don’t like how the front facade looks like in such cases, it’s too cumbersome, presses. Therefore, I have a slope at the entrance and for two years of operation I will say that no snow blockages will form on the veranda. This year it is clear why, and in the past, the snow holders recorded everything perfectly.
Open veranda. The veranda was immediately planned to be open for several reasons. As I said, this is more of a summer cottage, mainly for summer use, when the sun falls on it, and you are all sitting in an armchair with your face ...). Therefore, such a design, where there will be light-shielding pergolas, but open to all winds / rains (although there is an idea for the summer to put something to protect from water). The same goes for the carport - open, simple, but visually increasing the volume of the house.
Floor height - 2.5 meters, under a standard drywall sheet.
Overlapping with trusses - I like this technological solution and wanted to put into practice factory trusses on metal-toothed plates.
Thermal insulation was planned - 200 mm floor, 200 (150 + 50) mm walls, 300 mm, ceiling. Mineral wool walls, ecowool floor / ceiling.
In general, a simple frame with a single transom on the long side.
