Much less often, a house is built not just by one person, but by a spouse in an equivalent tandem. FORUMHOUSE continues the cycle of first-person stories with just such a construction.

Hello, my name is Eugene, I want to share with you the history of the construction of my house. We do all the work together, with my wife. Sometimes I invite friends to help me at the construction site. So, the construction of a house is underway in Novosibirsk, p. Garden.

Communications, insulation

August 4, ordered EPPS TechnoNIKOL Carbon Swedish Plate, under the ribs, ordered from Yurga. Also, PSB-25 was purchased under the floor of the slab (with an actual density of 14 kg per meter). We also ordered Uni-fitt pipes 16 mm, 600 meters and a Uni-fitt manifold for underfloor heating from Moscow, because even with delivery, all goods from Moscow come out cheaper than in Novosibirsk.

On August 6, a sewer pipe was instilled, with a slope of 1.6 cm per meter.

On August 10th, TechnoNIKOL Carbon and PSB came. On August 12, we made an apparatus for cutting foam plastic, which consists of nichrome thread, onions cut from plywood and an old block power supply from a computer that supplied 5 volts to the nichrome thread, which was enough to heat the thread 20 cm and 0.5 mm. They had the tops cut for the L-blocks. August 14-16, L-blocks were glued. On August 17, the slate was glued on the side of the L-block. The entire perimeter was leveled and all the L-blocks were placed in a level.

On August 18-19, the first layer of PSB-25 was laid out at a level of 10 cm.

We put pipes for hot water and cold water supply in PSB, in toilets and in the kitchen.

August 23, 150 micron film was laid. On August 27, the second layer of PSB-25 was laid out, fastened with dowels for thermal insulation. And they laid a sewer and drain ladders, for a shower and one in the boiler room (emergency).

Laying the underfloor heating mains, reinforcement, crimping

On August 30, 31, the warm floor was installed.

It was laid like this: in welted zones, along the wall, a step of 100 mm, then 150, and closer to the center, a step of 200-250 mm.

On September 1, they put heat insulation on the pipes of the underfloor heating, made the first row of reinforcement for the ribs, in the ribs there are 10 mm reinforcement 4 rods, since the house is a one-story frame.
On September 4, a reinforcing mesh was laid, a 100x100x5 mm mesh was taken with 2x3 meter cards, and a second row of reinforcement for the ribs was laid on the mesh.

On September 5-7, we made a porch, laid an EPS of 50 mm on the blind area, and sprinkled the slab so as not to make the formwork.

September 8-9, we pressurized the underfloor heating collector and installed a beacon in the middle of the slab, from the profile for the gypsum board.

Concreting

On September 11, it rained for 3 days for the mixer to pass, debris was thrown onto the road, and a tray was made for receiving concrete. September 12, X-Day, pouring day, it was raining, the mixer almost got stuck, but nothing happened, took a couple of guys from work. Until that day, no one had worked with concrete. They leveled it with a six-meter board, and rented a vibrating screed. We were very tired, for half an hour they untwisted two bolts on the vibrating screed because our hands were shaking.

The maximum drop across the slab was less than 2 centimeters.
Total: a USB plate in Novosibirsk in 2018 with a size of 14.5x8.7 m cost us 360,000 thousand. rubles, the cost per square meter was = 2900 rubles.
