It all started from the moment when I heard from a friend that 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds contain a daily dose of calcium for the body. I didn’t believe it, but I decided to study the issue and then experiment on myself. I think you will be as surprised as I am.

Today we will focus exclusively on black raw caraway seeds. White cumin is ground, dead seeds. Black cumin also happens to be sold fried or stale somewhere in warehouses and has lost its properties. Therefore, I will tell you in more detail how to determine.

Impressive? And how! And this is just the beginning. But there is a nuance: 100 grams of sesame is about 11 tablespoons. But, as I wrote above, 2 spoons a day is enough, and here's why:

That is why consumption of 2 tbsp is sufficient. seeds per day, because calcium is absorbed perfectly.

For two whole weeks I conducted an experiment on my health - I ate 2 tablespoons of raw sesame seeds every day. It was not so easy to buy live seeds in kilograms. There was no indication at all in the stores about whether the seeds were raw or fried. But if it was indicated on some packages, then it was written that fried. Such seeds are absolutely useless and it makes no sense to buy.

I found kilograms in specialized grocery stores (I also did not find it in seed stores). I bought two of them in a pack for 200 rubles per kilogram. Before starting to take, I decided to check whether they are alive or not. To do this, put them in a wet napkin in a dark place for 2-4 days, periodically moistening the napkin. From two packs, only seeds from one pack germinated. So it is imperative to check before the appointment!

If the seeds are alive, then it is not necessary to germinate them every time, although you can. I prepared vegetable salads 2 times a day, which I seasoned with vegetable oil. I always added a spoonful of washed sesame seeds to the salad. By the way, I washed it for 5-10 minutes before adding it to the salad. So the seeds become slightly soaked, slightly swell and are better digested and absorbed. And it becomes easier to chew them. The Greek sesame salad tasted better than I did without those tiny seeds.

The effect of such nutrition was not long in coming. After 3-4 days, I already noticed how mine nails stopped flaking and breaking. If my tips were always transparent, then by the end of the experiment, the protruding parts of the nails became completely white. Now I can even open canned food with my nails.

Teeth are no longer so sensitive, like before. By the way, my neighbor said that she had joints stopped hurting. She used to be often prescribed calcium preparations, now she regularly eats sesame instead of them.

Another effect that made me very happy - sleep got better. Apparently, from the fact that there is a lot of magnesium and B vitamins in sesame.

If I may say so, then my thinking has become better. My concentration and overall response improved. Was more absent-minded before. I think that in addition to the above-described microelements, phosphorus also worked.
