I cannot say that I used to fall asleep quickly. I also could not boast before that I slept soundly.

Sleep quality greatly affects our lives! Lack of sleep, especially chronic sleep, can exacerbate heart disease, depression and anxiety in general. A person with a systematic lack of sleep always looks much older and worse than one who sleeps well. And I so want keep youth longer!

Sleeping in the evening has always been a problem for me. At night, I repeatedly woke up in order to roll over, to run to the toilet or from the feeling of cold, in order to better hide. I tried everything in order to start falling asleep faster and better. Before going to bed for 2 hours walk, shower and pleasant music. Or rather, not even music, but I like to turn on the singing of birds. But nothing helped.

Once I read the conclusions of Korean researchers that the quality of sleep and fast falling asleep in general can be influenced by socks. I hooked the headline with a preview and I carefully read the article about why scientists advise sleeping in socks. To begin with, I will give an excerpt from that article:

The faster your core body temperature drops, the faster you will fall asleep.
The body regulates temperature with the help of the blood vessels in the skin. When you're hot, your brain signals your blood vessels to expand. This way, warmer blood from the central part of the body spreads throughout the body and cools down in the process. When the body temperature is low, the brain, on the contrary, gives the vessels a signal to constrict, limiting blood flow to the skin's surface.
Then it's time to remember the legs. The palms and feet are the body's most efficient heat exchangers. They have no hair and are usually open, unlike other parts of the skin. Here are the conclusions I made. The fact is that I, apparently, have problems with blood circulation. Feet are always cold, they freeze faster even when I am hot. Therefore, in the center, instead of lowering the temperature, on the contrary, it rises. I think that not all are so. Many people with cold feet have no problems, so they will not understand me. We are all different. But I believe that with such a penchant as I am, there is still a lot and for all of you my article will be useful.

The right choice of socks.

The description provided tips for choosing socks for sleeping. I really, at first thought that all this does not matter if these socks are pleasant to me. But I was wrong, there was no effect when putting on socks with an elastic band.

Then I chose socks with the optimal length, which completely covers the ankles, but does not press, that is, without an elastic band. I found very warm woolen socks on the market with very fine knitting. With a coarse viscous, my experiment also failed, so I say right away - don't buy such. The knit should be knitted, fairly dense, and the material should include natural cotton and wool.

The overall effect and what I got from my experiment - sleep in socks:

- Not only began to fall asleep rather quickly, but also sleep longer.

- At night I hardly wake up, even in order to go to the toilet.

- In the morning I wake up without an alarm clock with the feeling that I have slept and rested. This means that my biorhythms have returned to normal.

- During the day there is always a good mood and there is no sleepiness, apathy, irritability. I want to move a lot, joke, laugh!

- The pressure does not jump anymore and the heart does not give under the left shoulder as before. (Perhaps this is also from the complex intake of vitamins for the heart).

And finally, I boast that my colleagues started asking me the question: “Are you in love? Why are you so shining and prettier? " I'm just getting enough sleep!
