And in general, not only for the sake of not being ashamed and not ashamed of your legs, but also for your good feeling it is always worth taking care of.

There are people who have trouble with their heels. Cracks of such an eerie size can be due to various diseases. Not all serious cases can be solved at home. But if the point is not grooming, and not an existing ailment, then cracks, corns, calluses and just dry keratinization of the skin are very easy to remove. Actually about this, about my personal experience and folk recipes, tested over the years, I want to tell you.

For such purposes, I can only note that always baths with salt, not only cleanse well, but also relieve fatigue, improves the nutrition of skin cells, which helps to soften and wipe off the thick keratinized layer of the skin of the feet with pumice.

After water treatments, I sometimes do masks for my feet and I am smeared exclusively with homemade foot cream, which is very simply and easily made from available means. All that I will share today, our readers advised me a year ago. During this time, I loved all these methods so much, so I can now safely advise.

Masks can be done once a week. If to maintain the condition, then it is possible once a month. A cream can be smeared at least every day.

First mask recipe for legs and arms it is easy to prepare. I mix equal parts glycerin with castor oil and rub thoroughly into my legs after bathing overnight. Then I wrap it with cling film, put on a sock for the night. In the morning, it remains to wash off and apply homemade cream, prepared in advance.

The second mask recipe. Table vinegar, unrefined sunflower oil in a tablespoon mixed with one egg yolk and apply for at least 2 hours, maximum overnight. After application, either put on special plastic socks for a pedicure, or wrap with cling film and put on socks. In this recipe, vinegar can be substituted for lemon juice.

Instead of masks, if there are no components, you can sometimes just smear with butter overnight, wrapped in plastic and warm socks.

Cream recipe, with which I smear not only feet, but also hands: we mix table vinegar and glycerin in equal parts, well mix, let stand for 5 minutes and with this cream, one might even say with an emollient oil, we smear hands and feet after masks. Rub in until it is completely absorbed. There will be no need to wipe it.
