How to effortlessly clean your grill after a kebab. The original way that my friend uses and taught me.
Cooking barbecue in the country or at a picnic has already become a tradition. This is not surprising. After all so nice to treat yourself to delicious aromatic meatcooked over charcoal and even in the fresh air.
But after a good feast, whatever one may say, you have to clean the grate from adhering fat and carbon deposits.
Ideally, of course, start this procedure immediately after cooking the kebab. Then it is much easier to do it.
But few people usually have the desire to spend time cleaning the grate during rest.
And not worth it!
There is a very simple and effective way to clean the grate that I learned from a friend of mine.
I tried to do the same myself. What came of this, we will consider below.
To clean the grate after barbecue, I usually just burned it over an open fire, and cleaned the rest with a special metal brush.
Somehow I didn't even think about other methods.
But one day a friend surprised me a lot. His method of cleaning the grate after barbecue seemed to me original.
I decided to take the idea into service.
To test the way to the fullest, took a dirty grate that had been in the barn since last year.
The method is actually very simple.
You need to take a tight sealed plastic bag of such a size that the lattice can freely enter it.
It must be poured into dishwashing liquid(a few tablespoons) and very little water.
Then the liquid inside the bag must be distributed along its wall.. For this rub the package vigorously.
As soon as foam forms in the bag you need to put a cooled grate in it, tie and leave for 12 hours (for example, until the morning).
Over time, carbon deposits easily come off the grate and are washed off under running water.
And the grille is like new! I checked that the method works!
