As I did before

When it was necessary to deliver a nut to a hard-to-reach place, he simply put it on his finger, brought it to the hole, trying to "catch" (bait) with a bolt or screw. When installing plumbing, this situation arises when installing a siphon, in other cases, when you connect a profile pipe. The nut often jumps off the finger, so I thought of smearing it with greaseand peck at her.

The way turned out much more effective than dry retention, but also had its drawbacks, a greased finger or a tool, it was necessary to wipe it, but, most importantly, it did not guarantee one hundred percent retention.

New trick

I spied on it on the Internet, but there, however, they used masking tape wound around the finger with the sticky side outward. The idea came to check it out,

use electrical tape only as a holderbecause I always have it with me.

The method turned out to be more "clean", and coped with its task with a bang, since modern electrical tape is quite sticky, it easily held the nut, even upside down. I think that ordinary scotch tape will complete the task, or maybe even better, but did not check it, settled on electrical tape. Such are the ways for those who do not know.
