That is why, before starting planting, you should thoroughly understand the intricacies of growing plants.

Lack of trace minerals is also one of the problems arising from improper planting. Plants planted too close to each other do not get enough nutrients from the soil.
Plants that have been improperly planted in the ground can be difficult to care for. All plants need regular watering, loosening the soil, applying fertilizers, and this is inconvenient for closely located bushes.
The optimal distance for planting cucumbers
The seeding scheme for seedlings is different for each gardener. It all depends on how the plants will be planted, the methods of growing it, and of course on the variety of cucumbers.
Vertical cultivation.
For this growing method, it is necessary to plant cucumbers with the calculation of 3 pcs. per square meter of the garden. This scheme is used quite often and allows you to harvest a good harvest.
Horizontal cultivation.
This method is ideal for those with a large garden area. For all the bushes, holes are dug, located at a distance of 50 cm from each other. You should also keep the distance between the rows from 60 to 70 cm. The large space between the planting holes allows the vines of the bushes to develop well, and also there is enough space for the passage.
In the event that the site is small, then the gap between the rows can be reduced to 40 cm, and a distance of about 30 cm between the bushes can be left. This distance will be enough for the normal development and growth of cucumbers. Also, be sure to carefully study the instructions before sowing seeds, since each variety has its own planting characteristics.
