Insulation and siding - the frame is almost ready! The story of how we bought the dacha: the final
Not every purchase is fun... IN the first and second parts we told how a participant FORUMHOUSE Under the nickname Evgeniim, he bought a dacha, which for a number of reasons had to be demolished. But sooner or later, any problem is solved and our hero, overcoming some difficulties, builds a new house. What he does - read on.
Warming
Before starting construction, I rummaged through the entire Internet, re-read almost all construction forums. Much clever has been written, but you will not find what you need. About OSB - how many people have so many opinions. How and where they do not nail it. In the end, I decided to do it without OSB. And why is it needed, if you need to nail it onto the crate, and what good is it - what would it be? And if you nail it without a crate, the couple has nowhere to go. And if steam does not come out, mold will appear. Wind protection on OSB is a waste of money.
After all that has been read, the head is in a circle. Some say that, others say that. And, I read, looked and did it my own way.
As a result, I did this:
- nailed on the frame a bar 45 * 45 for overlapping insulation, nail 90;
- I laid 50 mm mineral wool (I did not know at that time that it was rubbish);
- wrapped in a windscreen.
Regarding the insulation: there is a lot of talk, there are a lot of topics, but where exactly and what kind of insulation, what density - there is little information.
After the overheated warming of the mineral wool, it ended safely and I did not take it anymore, and I will not take it and I do not advise you. I bought 50 and 100 mm basalt slabs for the walls, roof and floor. I put soundproof stone wool slabs into the partitions and interfloor floors.
It turned out: walls 200 mm; partitions 100 mm; roof 150 mm (I know that a little) but nothing else. Let's take a winter and see what to do next. The floor was redesigned after skew-handed builders and eventually insulated 200 mm.
Siding
I had nothing to do with siding before, in principle, it turned out - nothing complicated - cut and paste. Siding I'm 80 thousand. rubles together with delivery came out. I bought two more tours of 7 thousand rubles for editing. r., but it turned out to be superfluous. You can cope with one ladder for complete convenience, two are better. Siding was cut with a grinder. Installation is best done in warm weather - it cracks in cold weather.
Floor
About the floor, the same as with OSB, who as he can and as he wants, and sculpts. After everything I read and saw, I did this: a rough floor board of 25 mm, one might say, with a natural gap, since it is not planed. Slots from 2 mm to 8 mm. Cotton on top without any films from below. On top of the cotton wool there is a vapor barrier, on top of the vapor barrier a bar of 40 * 90 mm and on top of plywood 15 mm. In the bath and the corridor where the tiles will be, I put a moisture-resistant drywall on top. Above, somewhere there is a laminate, somewhere there will be PVC tiles. That's all for now!
