The idea, of course, is interesting, but absolutely pointless, and now I will tell you why.

Why you shouldn't rebuild removable bits

But the manual I found provides a solution to this problem. It is proposed to quench the corrected bit by heating it on a burner or burner and then quickly cooling it in water or oil.

This is a sane idea in itself, but let's face it. If you bought a bat (or a set of bits) conditionally for 10 rubles, what material do you think it will be made of? Of course, from the lowest grade. And temper such slag, do not temper, there will be no sense.

Well, okay, let's imagine that the material will be of more or less quality. Do you often quench something (unless, of course, you are a blacksmith)?

I think not, so there is a great chance that you simply overheat the bit and it will become very fragile, and when you try to tighten the first self-tapping screw, it (the bit) will simply break.

In fact, you do not need to try to fix such a trifle, especially if it is a consumable. Better to take and buy a new high-quality set. Moreover, now the Internet is full of sites with similar fittings, and you can also read a lot of useful reviews there.
