What do you think, is it realistic to cash out your financial contribution to the refrigerator in a short time? Well, in terms of the cost of buying it! Do you believe that a refrigerator can be not just a practical storage for food, but also your time management? Sounds like the announcement of another "muddy" advertisement in the news feed ...But no!

Good afternoon dear friends!

In fact, food, semi-finished products and ready-made meals sent to the freezer on time will significantly save not only your money, but also time! Well, if everything is clear with money, then where is the time?! But what about the trip to the store, the choice of goods in it, etc.? So that you understand, the average family in Russia spends about 6.72 hours a week on this! At the same time, I would like to note that you can store in the refrigerator both classic food products and, it would seem, food that is not subject to this procedure! But here you need to know some of the nuances.

So, so that you can spend your family budget for other purposes, and the time, for example, for a walk in the park, I have prepared this material.

1.Soup. Oh yes, and soups can be frozen! To do this, wait until the soup has cooled down, then pour it into a plastic container. But not to the brim - leave a small margin of space, because when frozen, the liquid tends to expand. Cover and store in the freezer. All!

Now, as soon as you want to serve soup on the table for dinner, first put it on the shelf in the refrigerator for lunch. It will return to its previous consistency, and by the evening you will only have to warm it up!

2.Tomato paste. An extremely common ingredient, isn't it?! The only thing is that large portions of it are needed only for mass preparations for the winter, and in ordinary preparations, a maximum of two to three teaspoons are required. And how to be? If a whole bank is open, but only a tiny fraction of it is required? You just need to transfer the paste to a plastic bag, flatten it, and then freeze it.

Henceforth, if you need tomato paste, just cut into cubes the volume you need and use it as directed. Convenient, and most importantly - profitable!

3.Eggs. Surprisingly, even eggs can be stored in the freezer! So, first, free them from the shell and pour them into the egg container. Ice molds and other small containers are also suitable!

And as soon as there are fried eggs or pastries on your menu, transfer the eggs from the freezer to the refrigerator. And in a couple of hours they will be ready for cooking culinary delights!

4.Lemon. Citrus is popular, which not so long ago just went off scale in its price, like ginger! But even with all its recognition, its slices, and sometimes halves, "fly away" into the trash bin due to drying out or decay. And with it, vitamin C was thrown away, and your money. Let's correct this unpleasant fact!

First, peel the zest from the lemon and then squeeze it into ice cube trays. By the way, the "crust" can be crumbled and put into a separate package - for the future. And so everything: have you decided to drink tea, cocktail or tequila? Easy, especially when the main food ingredient is always ready and in "excellent" shape!

5.Aromatic herbs. Although you can buy herbs in the market or in the store at any time of the year. But are they as useful and natural in winter as, for example, in summer during the period of their growing activity? I think no! Therefore, the crop harvested on warm days, and I want to preserve as long as possible. The question arises: how to do this? Really easy and simple!

First, "chop" finely spiced herbs and pour them into ice cube trays. Apparently, you will have to buy additional ones, because in the freeze they are almost irreplaceable! So that's it. Then add a little water or broth. Depends on the purpose for which you usually use these herbs. All!

6.Flour and cereals. Even in the most reliable cereal containers, insects can appear over time. They have an amazing property to arise out of nowhere, and then also reproduce. Therefore, it will be safer to keep flour or cereals in the cold. Well, if everything is clear with cereals, then with flour you need to proceed as follows.

Pour flour into a bag and be sure to check it for impermeability. Otherwise, the result may upset you due to the formation of condensation! In addition, flour is an active odor absorber. And there are plenty of flavors in the refrigerator! That's all.
