It turned out that the main mistake was that the beginning of the twisting of the veins began from insulation, and not vice versa. In this case, there was an overvoltage of the conductors near the insulation, which could lead to their breakage. By the way, I saw Chinese devices that immediately remove the insulation and twist, it turns out that this is wrong.

Correct twist

Cutting occurs tangentially to the core, but, most importantly,

twisting must be done from the end of the cores, then the turns begin to form from pliers to insulation, and the wire is not overloaded.

And also the engineer said that for good contact, the twist must have at least twelve turns. In practice, I was convincedthat when untwisting the old connection, the conductors often broke, it was near the insulation, this was also the cause of the wire break, such is the story. Of course, it is so inconvenient to twist, but it is correct and reliable.
