The most powerful way to clean a burnt pot

One day my husband asked me to cook churchkhela for him. I do not know all the secrets of the craftsmanship of Georgian women, so I cooked the syrup in an ordinary enamel saucepan. Churchkhela turned out great, but the syrup burnt so that a thick black crust appeared at the bottom of my favorite saucepan. It was not washed in any way, and you cannot rub enameled dishes with a metal sponge.

Then I decided to go online and look for solutions to my problem. I came across a lot of information about how people cooked salt in a saucepan with burnt, and the crust fell off. This option did not help me at all, for which my friend advised an interesting solution: a "cocktail" of soda, citric acid and vinegar.

This recipe is for those who want to get rid of carbon deposits quickly and effectively. It was developed personally by me and my friend, so I want to recommend it to everyone who is not helped by conventional methods. So, we need:

1. The most common soda;

2. Vinegar 70%;

3. Citric acid or lemon;

4. Some water.

We take exactly 70% of the vinegar, the less concentrated will have to be poured more.

Pour a glass of water and vinegar (about 3 tablespoons) into a spoiled pan with carbon deposits. Pour soda into this mixture. Caution, carbon dioxide will be generated and the solution will foam! Pour in the baking soda slowly to prevent the foam from overflowing.

After the reaction is over, add a little citric acid or a slice of lemon. After that, I cooked such a "cocktail" for about half an hour and left the pan with this mixture to soak for a day.

Pour this broth the next day. You will be happy to find that the crust is peeling off the bottom in the pot. If the first time did not succeed in removing carbon deposits completely, try repeating all these steps. As a result, my pot is completely clean!
