I bought myself one. I'll show you how it works and whether it copes with tall and thick grass.
I looked for reviews on the Internet. More positives were for the GARDENA Lawnmower. I ordered in the online store for 5890 rubles. (the cheapest).
Delivery via CDEK cost 810 rubles. I ended up paying 6700 RUR. In this store, you had to pay all the cost (and shipping) to the card first. I waited from Moscow to Altai Territory for about 7 days.
Came in 2 boxes, carefully packed. I immediately began to collect with my father. It turned out to be simple.
The package contained a guarantee, instructions describing the assembly.
The drum with wheels is already assembled. It remains only to screw the handle.
Done! Now you can adjust the cutting height. Maximum height 42 mm. Minimum 12 mm. 4-step setting. It is recommended to set the maximum height first, and then the minimum. I set it to 42 mm.
I started trying to mow. The knife cuts off the grass perfectly, like with scissors (evenly and quickly).

There is no noise and no gasoline is needed. Everyone in the family tried to mow and liked everything. A fascinating sight. It is interesting to watch the grass flying out of the drum. If you roll back, the drum will not spin. By the way, you can buy a separate grass catcher so that you do not rake the grass later.
Conclusion: mows perfectly, better than gasoline, battery and electric counterparts. If the grass is more than 12 cm high, then you have to walk 2-4 times in one place to mow it.
There is also such a minus: Tall grass is wound around the axle. You need to clean it from time to time.
