Gardeners will pay less for cadastral work
Soon it will be possible to order a cadastral plan and other services on behalf of SNT or ONT, and the price will be lower for each summer resident - in comparison with an independent order.
The State Duma adopted amendments to the texts of two laws
Recently it became known about the development of amendments to the text of the laws "On state registration", as well as "On cadastral activities" - which would allow both legal entities and individuals to order complex cadastral works (KKR) not only for money from budget. Recently, the State Duma adopted the corresponding changes in the first reading.
CCR is carried out in relation to all real estate objects (structures, plots) that are within a certain zone, territory - at the same time. So they clarify the boundaries and location of buildings. We are talking about garage consumer cooperatives, cottage villages, garden and horticultural associations.
According to Pavel Krasheninnikov, head of the relevant committee for state construction and legislation, the amendments will help to “tie” such objects to the plots of land where they are built. The USRN will sooner include up-to-date information on the boundaries of adjacent plots and eliminate registry errors, and the risk of land disputes will decrease.
Until the new bill comes into force - KKR can be ordered by local governments urban districts, municipal districts or executive bodies of cities of federal values. In fact, there are difficulties. The same federal authorities, for example, very rarely order KKR. The work is carried out for budgetary funds (moreover, local budgets often lack resources for this). The document will also allow interested parties to do this - for the money of the initiators: the owners real estate in this territory and representatives of garden associations (that is, individuals and legal entities).
How to order cadastral work?
Officials propose to do this by making a decision at a general meeting of owners. And, as noted in the source, it will be cheaper to clarify the location of the site boundaries when ordering a KKR, as if it were an individual land survey.
