Of course, decorating spacious apartments is much easier. But everyone has different conditions, so sometimes you have to solve the difficult task of decorating a small-sized home for a family with children.
The couple decided to make a modern and stylish renovation in a small two-room apartment. The main thing for the guys was the convenient and functional distribution of all the necessary zones.
The task is quite difficult, but doable. Let's see what they did.
In the hallway, the floor was tiled with black and white staggered tiles. A cabinet with light blue doors and a wooden tabletop was placed to the right of the entrance.
On the left, an open coat hanger and a magnetic note board were hung. The plastered walls were painted with a dusty blue paint.
The walls of the combined bathroom were decorated with white mosaic tiles. A classic toilet was placed to the left of the entrance, behind it was a hanging cabinet with a built-in washbasin, and a mirror was hung on the wall.
A small bathtub with a protective fabric curtain was placed in the far corner. Opposite the entrance there is a place for a washing machine and a shelf with a mirror. The floor was tiled with black tiles.
In the kitchen area, a straight set with white fronts and a wooden worktop was installed. The apron was trimmed with black mosaic tiles. Compact models of household appliances have saved additional space.
The beige artificial stone sink fits perfectly into the design of the kitchen set. A large silver refrigerator was placed on the right side.
Part of the wall was removed, the free space was designed in the form of a bar counter with additional storage cabinets. The walls in the room were painted with light gray paint.
In the next zone, a living room was made, a corner sofa in a dark brown shade was placed here, a cabinet with a TV. The room turned out to be a checkpoint. A white shelving unit with open and closed shelves was placed near the wall, which partially covers the dressing area.
A large white bed was placed in the bedroom, the headboard was painted black. A working area was arranged near the window, a desk and a rack with open shelves were placed here.
The guys are completely satisfied with the result. I believe that not everyone may like this design, the small apartment needed to be made lighter.
