The period of self-isolation and quarantine has benefited many. Someone had time to properly relax, others spent time with loved ones, still others, mostly people who cannot sit idly by, made old dreams come true and redid a bunch of things.
During this period, many of my friends managed to make cosmetic or major repairs. Of course, not everyone could afford to invest a lot of money in renovating the interior, but everyone can afford to repaint the facades of the kitchen set, re-glue the wallpaper or change the design of old furniture.
The couple left for the country house to wait out this difficult period in the fresh air. An additional motivating factor is that outside the city you can constantly be in the fresh air, and there are few people nearby.
After a few days of staying in such conditions, the wife proposed to slightly update the interior. Previously, the guys were happy with everything for the reason that they rarely came to the dacha.
For the interior decoration of the walls, lining was used. The natural material covered with varnish looked quite interesting and original. They decided to repaint it white.
The apron made of small mosaic tiles of a blue hue was removed; instead, in this place, painted wood and open shelves for storing jars.
The couple also added a small amount of stylish decorative elements and a light carpet on the floor.
In the children's room, the color of the lining was changed to white and gray, they got rid of the old carpet, which did nothing but collect dust, and shelves were hung on the side walls. The room has become more spacious and fresh.
In the small bedroom, the color of the walls was also changed, along the edges of the bed, white bedside tables were placed.
Pictures with plant patterns were hung on the wall near the head of the bed, and a special fabric organizer was fixed on the other wall for storing all sorts of little things. The room also has interesting decorative elements.
The simple work of the whole family turned out to be a good result. Light shades visually expanded the space of a small house. In addition to updating the interior, all family members were able to have fun together.
