Creating the look of this small apartment, the owner chose minimalism, which is becoming increasingly popular today.
The first thing that strikes in this room is the ideality of strict and clear lines. It is so perfect that even a non-minimalist would have liked it. Nevertheless, all style requirements are met here: space, a lot of light, laconic colors, a minimum of accessories.
The common thing for the whole apartment is smooth white walls and wood-like floor. In the hallway, the brown entrance and dark gray interior doors gleam mattly. A large mirror and a corner for outerwear and shoes - nothing else.
The kitchen is a white kingdom, the suite occupies two adjacent walls. The upper tier is deaf, closed lockers. There is a lot of space for kitchen utensils, everything is safely hidden.
In the lower part, everything is traditional: work surfaces, a sink, a stove with an oven, and the lower cabinets are also completely closed.
It is noteworthy that the owner did not set up a dining area in the kitchen, but limited himself to a shelf that replaced the table.
In the room, a bed and a small sofa form a kind of soft corner. On the contrary, there is a flat-panel TV and a long, low structure that plays the role of either a shelf or a kind of chest of drawers. Minimum textiles: gray blackout curtains, a small carpet and cushions.
There is no textiles even in the bathroom - a transparent panel serves as a curtain.
This apartment has a special feature - a large loggia, which the owner makes full use of. It is a continuation of the room and the kitchen, since the walls are practically demolished. There is a workplace and a corner for reading and relaxation.
According to the style requirements, three shades are used in the design: white, gray and brown. Laconic and lighting: bulbs in cylindrical shades. In the bathroom, the lighting goes along the perimeter of the ceiling, the loggia is dotted.
So, we see a stylish and beautiful picture. But is it all that functional? For example, I lack space for things and books, bright accents that dilute this monochrome.
However, for a young business man who is not burdened with a family, such stylish simplicity is just convenient. And then life will make its own adjustments.
