Not only do the middle class huddle like this, but the rich people build on the rocky slopes of the city. These brand new houses are growing like mushrooms, everyone is trying to snatch their own view of the sea or mountains - whoever wants something.

There is no ready-made place for new buildings in the city, so the places are cleaned of age-old cypresses, thin Crimean oaks and, basically, new houses of 2 or 3 floors are being built right next to the road. In such buildings, the doors open directly onto the roadway. Only if funds allow, then you can buy part of the land on the bypass within the city, clear it of the forest and build a house with a plot around it.
