Many Apples fall, but it's a pity to throw it away? My simple quick recipe for what you can do with them. Everyone will be delighted
Hello dear readers. Today we will talk with you about apples, or rather, about what you can do with them. Every year I face the same problem.
Too many apples fall off my apple trees, but I just can't get my hand to throw them away. Of course, all relatives and friends receive apples as gifts, but I also leave something for myself to pamper my family with yummy.
Today I will tell you how you can quickly cook apples and make dishes that will appeal to every member of your family.
1. Pancakes
In the beginning, I make apple pancakes. They are made very quickly and require few ingredients.
You will need flour, an egg, sugar to taste, cinnamon, apples 5-6 and oil for frying:
• We wash the apples, peel and cut the core.
• Then rub on a coarse grater, add all the ingredients, mix thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass and form the pancakes.
They fry incredibly quickly, literally for two or three minutes, but they turn out to be juicy and tasty. I serve such pancakes with sour cream, and children like condensed milk or jam more.
2. Compote
We eat pancakes with compote. From apples, you guessed it. Peeled the apples, chopped, added to boiling water, sugar to taste and you're done.
Such a compote is cooked literally for 10 minutes, and while you are preparing the rest of the dishes, it is infused and turns into a healthy drink that is to the taste of both adults and children.
If you wish, you can add berries to it, this will make its taste more interesting and fresh. Be sure to try adding tangerine. The combination of apples and tangerines is something incredible.
3. Casserole
And the casserole becomes the signature apple dish. It also cooks quickly, but it turns out to be so tasty that you will definitely eat everything and want some supplements.
Therefore, it is better to choose a large baking dish for as much pleasure as possible. For cooking, you should have apples (3-4 pieces), 3 eggs, 120 ml of milk, butter about 50 grams, 5 tablespoons of flour, sugar, cinnamon to taste and of course powdered sugar.
• Simmer peeled and chopped apples in boiling water for a couple of minutes
• In the meantime, prepare the pouring mixture: melt the butter, add eggs, salt, cinnamon, flour. Mix thoroughly.
• Then place the apples in a baking dish and pour over the mixture.
This yummy is prepared for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving and serve.
This is how I pamper my loved ones when there are too many apples at home. As you can see, they are very easy to prepare, and the whole family will definitely appreciate your culinary talent.
