There are two main reasons why you shouldn't tell anyone about your plans - otherwise it may not come true

The words "silence is gold" can be used in almost any situation. When talking about plans for the future, they have a special meaning. Most people are of the opinion that in no case should you tell about your intentions in advance.

But despite such beliefs, they still like to share their intentions. Surely each of you will find a case in your memory when you "blurted out" a friend or friend about grandiose goals, but they did not come true.

And then that person asks: "Well, what is your goal, did you do what you wanted?" And you want to sink into the ground, so as not to make excuses why the plan failed. And you are very sorry that you told someone your intentions.

And there are many envious people around. If your goal turns into a “choking toad” for them, they may begin to discourage them from implementing it, under the guise of caring for you.

Why, then, for those who talk too much about their plans, the chances of achieving them are rapidly diminishing?

Many people think that it is the fault of those around them, who in every possible way interfere and oppose. But, in fact, plans collapse on their own, due to the confluence of various accidents and the lack of previous inspiration.

There are at least two explanations for this strange fact.

1. A waste of energy

Scientists believe that it is impossible to share your plans with outsiders due to the fact that too much emotion and mental strength is spent on it. And they should be directed exclusively towards the implementation of the plan, and not be wasted on idle chatter.

Instead of doing, a person only thinks, talks about it, dreams. And all this energy should be directed towards achieving the goal.

The stories of dreams and ambitious plans are often very emotional. People try to describe them as colorfully as possible and pay special attention to the result, the result.

The brain perceives this information as a fait accompli and gives a signal that you can relax. Thus, the thought of completing the next task is postponed in the mind, and the real state of affairs remains the same.

If an idea is so brilliant and enchanting that there is absolutely no strength to resist and not tell someone about it, then you need to try at least not to show emotions too much and get along with a few calm phrases.

2. The influence of someone else's opinion

Before sharing your intentions, you need to think carefully about whether it is worth doing. Is the person destined to hear them, in fact, a friend, close.

After all, it costs nothing for outsiders to destroy all plans, acting both physically and at the level of negative energy.

In addition, others can speak negatively about what was conceived, constantly look for flaws. And this is bad for self-esteem and self-confidence. Only strong, morally stable people can handle this.

Imagine now declaring that you want to travel around the world this year. Few will support you and say: "Well done, go ahead for impressions!"

The majority will catch up with fears and doubts, like phrases: “What if something happens on the road”, “And if you pick up some overseas infection "," And if you don't have enough money "," And in this or that country it is very restless "- and so Further. Sound familiar? I think yes.

Even a loved one, after hearing an enthusiastic story, may begin to envy and get angry. Of course, soon the surge of emotions will pass, and the negative message, unfortunately, will remain so.

If you are a gentle person, amenable to other people's influence and opinion, it will be very easy to lead you astray.

Psychologists recommend telling people around you less about your plans, especially if they are important and meaningful.

It is better to share this when everything is embodied. And if you need support, choose carefully who you can trust.

Do you share your plans with others or do you prefer to keep them to yourself?
