How I chose an air conditioner for a one-room apartment
Without thinking twice, I opened Yandex. The market and started looking for suitable options. The range of prices for air conditioners is very large, but I planned to spend a maximum of 20,000 rubles. First of all, I looked at the rating of products and their functionality.
All the criteria were met by the Ballu BSAG-07HN1_20Y air conditioner, which cost me about 16,000 rubles. (plus 8 thousand per installation). I was attracted by the fact that, in addition to the cooling mode, it has a ventilation, heating and dehumidification mode, as well as a night mode and a timer. In terms of power, it matched the size of the room, and as a nice bonus, the set included a holder for the remote control, which can be screwed to the wall.
The master, of course, tinkered with the installation, but it was worth it. I have been using the air conditioner for 2.5 months and so far I am satisfied.
What I like:
· High-speed performance (the room is cooled down in a couple of minutes after switching on);
· Intuitive control (easy to understand with the remote control);
· A large number of settings (in addition to temperature, the strength and direction of the air flow are regulated);
· Convenient smart-mode;
· Does not make loud sounds.
Now let's move on to the shortcomings that I identified. The air conditioner has a few of them, but for some they may be significant.
What I didn't like:
· Short wire (I had to buy an extension cord, it doesn't look very nice);
· If you leave the air conditioner overnight, you can catch a cold, which happened to me once;
· The design is rather bulky.
In general, the Ballu BSAG-07HN1_20Y air conditioner met my expectations. I can recommend it to anyone who lives in a small apartment. Do you have air conditioning at home, or are you trying to escape the heat in other ways? Write your answers in the comments!
