Sowing winter garlic turns out to be many advantages - any crops that have safely waited for spring under A "snow" blanket, are characterized by a higher resistance to diseases and pests, and also bring ultra-early harvest.

I am used to harvesting the best harvest of garlic precisely because of the winter method of growing it.

And always when planting garlic, I put a special fertilizer in each hole, which in the future allows me to only water, loosen a little, but not feed more!

But before revealing the secret of success, I think it is important to clarify a couple of points so that it is clear why it is necessary to act exactly this way and not otherwise!

The growing cycle of winter garlic is divided into two parts. First, before winter, the plants take root, spending relatively little effort on this.

When full-fledged cold weather comes, they fall into a kind of "sleep". And in the spring, as soon as heat comes, they wake up, starting to rapidly grow leaves.

And although everyone is interested in the heads in winter garlic, it is the aerial part with its violent processes photosynthesis is responsible for providing them with nutrients so that they ripen juicy and spicy.

The task of the gardener in the autumn season is to provide garlic plantings with the necessary elements for the full flow of the above processes.

And they can all be contained in a simple, cheap, environmentally friendly and affordable product that can be easily prepared with your own hands!

In order not to be mistaken in the calculations, it is necessary to estimate how many garlic holes are planned to be made in the beds.

Now you need to multiply the number of holes by 2 - the resulting figure will indicate the required amount of wood ash in grams per hole.

For the convenience of calculations and measurement accuracy, it is useful to know that 1 glass contains 100 grams of ash, and 1 teaspoon contains just about 2 grams!

The second "ingredient" of the product is humus. You need to take it for one hole about as much as you can grab with your fingers with a pinch. In theory!

Having estimated the amount of necessary raw materials, you can go to prepare the holes. Ash and humus must be mixed with a small amount of earth at the bottom of the hole. And you can plant winter garlic to grow strong and appetizing by the coming spring!
