Is it worth saving on buying a refrigerator or making a high-quality purchase for many years

Buying a refrigerator is a very serious business. Every family wants the purchase to be, indeed, of high quality, to serve as long as possible, coped well with its functions, and at the same time, of course, did not break and worked properly many, many summer.

All these requirements should also be combined so that the purchase does not ruin the family budget and bring joy.

It would seem that the bar is too high: you want both inexpensively and efficiently.

Does it happen like this? Is it worth saving on the purchase and after a couple of years look for a refrigerator repair technician, replace some spare parts, or buy quality equipment once and enjoy using it?

The main criteria to consider when buying a refrigerator are

what helped us and what exactly we wanted:

- only dry freezing is obligatory, since here the whole process is automated so that it does not need to periodically arrange manual defrosting, wait until all the ice melts and merges into the pan;

- that the compressors are closed and not simply attached to the back of the refrigerator.

- that the refrigerator is two-compartment, silvery and not too high. There is such a variety of models, colors, shapes of refrigerators now that you can get confused when choosing it. You should especially remember the size of your apartment or house, since in the huge exhibition halls of refrigerators stores it seems not so big, and when he comes home, it often happens that he looks very bulky and takes a lot places.

- so that the noise level is not high. Since the refrigerator will always be on, this criterion plays an important role.

We went to a home appliance store to make the intended purchase. Of all the offered models, we liked the LG refrigerator with the No Frost system, that is, with dry freezing, as we wanted. According to external data and technical characteristics, it also suited us, so we stopped our choice on it.

Of course, refrigerators with a dry freezing system are much higher in price, but this is quite justified. For three years of using the refrigerator, there was not a single comment about it, it works like particles, it is very simple to clean, excellent fit into the interior of the apartment, and you can also adjust the temperature level separately for the freezer and separately for the refrigerator camera.

The biggest advice that I would like to give to those who are in the process of choosing and cannot decide: carefully study the information, decide on what exactly you want, and do not skimp. It is better to pay once for a high-quality purchase than to suffer and repair later, and in the worst case, to purchase a new one, since the old one cannot be repaired.
