The young man said that, supposedly, his mother, when he was 5 years old, introduced him to Spartak Mishulin and named him Timur's father.

Now no one can figure out whether there was such a meeting, whether Timur's mother called Spartak his father then... Rather, no one will prove it. But no one can really explain, not even Timur himself, why he didn’t appear during Spartak’s life and why did he start this scandal in the press? Although... Mishulin's daughter and ex-wife explain: because he would not have proved it during his lifetime, probably, and because now the inheritance can be cut down.

I don’t understand at all those who wash dirty linen in public, I don’t understand why so many interviews are given about their alleged kinship. Even the native children of the stars do not try to “work” on the public as much as those who call themselves illegitimate. Well, I would come to the family, talk quietly ...

Outwardly, Timur is undoubtedly similar to Spartacus. But you know, I once also met my double, a girl a year younger. Even DNA was made, so overwhelmed by the similarity. And the analyzes showed that we are NOT native. Since then, for me, outward resemblance has almost no meaning in matters of kinship.

As for possible inheritance claims, I would like to ask Timur, why not issue legally renunciation of inheritance in any form in case of proof of relationship with the help DNA examination? Then one would think that the legal heirs would not be afraid of a financial division. If there is nothing to lose, then what difference does it make whether a person is considered a son or not. But apart from the words "I don't need anything" in such cases they say nothing. And what is needed, for the sake of which he started a sensation, is somehow unconvincing. But this is for me personally.

Although it is not clear from the side of the legal heirs, if they really consider him an impostor, then why is everyone so afraid to carry out DNA? Not so long ago, something similar happened to Alexander Serov, who refused and insisted that he was not the father of a girl whose mother was trying to prove kinship through the courts. But the DNA test proved that he is still the father. Moreover, after this public scandal, Serov had another contender for the inheritance and also proved her relationship with the singer through DNA.

But there are also many cases, of course, when it was not confirmed. For example, in the case of Evelina Bledans. But all the parties were determined not to scandal, but to clarify the truth.

Timur Eremeev claimed that he underwent a DNA test during Spartak's life and he showed kinship. Only now Karina Mishulina filed a lawsuit for the protection of honor and dignity and won! Timur was unable to provide documents about the DNA test, which he spoke about earlier. But Karina achieved in court a ban on the use of her father's name in Timur's discussions regarding their relationship.
