How to come up with a house: stylish one-story building from Timoshkino Photo review

The idea comes from Serbia

"A house in this color scheme is my dream!" - friends and users of our portal wrote to Alexey. Alexey never even thought about country life, but once he and his wife were visiting friends in a Serbian village, and this completely turned over all ideas about comfort and happiness "came a complete realization of the impossibility of living in apartment ".

How the project appeared

Previously, they thought about buying an apartment in Moscow, but now this option "disappeared by itself" - they began to look for a plot and found a new settlement not far from the village of Timoshkino. We bought a small plot of seven hundred square meters, and while collecting money for the rack, we were looking for a project. They rummaged through the entire Internet, they did not find anything suitable for themselves - I had to draw myself in a well-known free program.

At first it was a project of a two-story house, then they decided to sacrifice the second floor in favor of reasonable sufficiency. The project was done with an emphasis on comfort, expediency and zoning: it turned out to divide the sleeping, private area and the entrance area and the kitchen-living room. A flat and long laundry room was made along the large bathroom.

Features and characteristics of the house

House area 136 sq. meters - no more, because all this will have to be heated and cleaned.

So, constructive:

• Foundation - MZFL with floors on the ground.
• Backfilling - gas silicate blocks d400 375
• Internal partitions - d600 150
• Facing - 0.7 NF hollow brick, beige-white masonry mortar.
• Framing of windows - facade foam plastic.
• Base / plinth finish - flexible stone, crumb, applied to non-woven fabric and varnished.
• The roof is soft tiles.
• Heating - gas.

By the next season, they put up a fence and found builders - this team was building the house of neighbors, and Alexei was impressed by the clean and even masonry of the backing and clean bricks. “The most important thing in our history is that we did the project ourselves. And now the house is standing! ”- Alexey rejoices.
