I asked for a beautiful flower from a neighbor, and now I regret the day when I planted it on my site

Several years ago I went to visit a neighbor and saw small bushes with beautiful leaves resembling clover. They were planted in two varieties: green and purple. This combination looked beautiful in a flower bed.

I asked a neighbor for layering, and she happily gave it. This plant is called oxalis, or oxalis.

On my site, I planted it along the tiled path. It turned out very nicely. From the small cuttings that my neighbor gave me at the end of spring, pretty bushes grew this summer.

They turned out to be completely unpretentious. From leaving I carried out only watering. I did not make any additional fertilizing.

Surprisingly, they grew equally well both in the bright sun and in the shade, since part of the path was constantly without sunlight. I planted a purple sour cherry along the path.

When she gained strength, she also bloomed with small white flowers. I couldn't get enough of how beautiful it turned out. The next summer, the oxalis rose by itself, apparently by self-seeding.

The bushes have become more dense. But, to my surprise, they appeared where I did not plant them. I pulled out unnecessary shoots, and forgot about it.

A year later, I discovered that oxalis is already growing wherever she wants, far from the place where I planted it. I had to fight her all summer like a weed. And having pulled out the seedlings, after a few days new ones were already visible there.

I also had a small area covered with film, gravel on top. This was done for weeds. And among the gravel were three small, about 30 cm in diameter, flower beds. Until recently, I grew Turkish carnations in them. And so, among the carnations there was an oxalis!

The same one pulled it out, but a month later she was already hiding under the leaves of a carnation again. And even somehow the oxalis made its way through the film and gravel and grew already there. Not a single weed has ever succeeded in this.

All summer I had to pull out the shoots of this persistent purple beauty.

Caring for the garden has turned into a constant struggle with sour. Originally planted along the paths, it pulled out all. Now I just wanted to get rid of this plant forever. How I regret the day when I asked a neighbor for a cut of this acid!

It seems to me that if nothing else is planted in the garden, it will simply take up the whole space. The most offensive thing is that it replaced my favorite carnation. The Turkish carnation did not cope with it and died. But it is perennial, it bloomed all summer, and I liked it so much!
