I am personally very interested in the fate of this series and having stumbled upon the director's confessions in a recent interview, I decided to go through official sources, personal accounts of the actors "Matchmakers" and statements in the last interview. And I collected all in one article all the latest news about how things are with the filming, which were supposed to end this summer and, in general, whether this cataclysia will ever end...

So let's get started! Director Andrei Yakovlev admitted that the 7th season will be the last for the series "Matchmakers". There are many factors associated with this, including the departure of many actors. Not from the series, but from life... It's a pity, but we will no longer see the colorful couple of Olga Nikolaevna's parents in season 7. And the situation in the world, relations between countries leave much to be desired, which complicates the continuation of this project, even if the most beloved of the latest comedy family series.

By the way, Yakovlev also admitted that the very first filming of 7 Matchmakers will still be included in the final version. Earlier it was decided to exclude everything that was filmed a year earlier. There was the wedding of Zhenya Kovaleva with Jack, for example. At the beginning of the last approved version of filming, it was decided that only the new script would be filmed and filmed. After all, there were even a lot of rumors about NOT inviting Tatyana Vasilyeva to shoot (in the series, Larisa Bukhankina's mother). The director did not confirm whether the scenes with the moments already filmed with her will be included in the new script of the final film adaptation.

I think that the actor decided that the burden that he had been carrying in recent years was already very difficult to bear by his age and decided to resign. And in the summer and autumn, filming is also planned. I really want to believe that Dobronravov will heal, rest and delight us with his infectious laugh in the last season of Matchmakers - 7.

And yes, I almost forgot about the hero of the series Anatolich, actor Anatoly Vasiliev. In the new season, he returns to the series. In what capacity? This is interesting because the intrigue persists. Some said that he was assigned another very minor role. But the director did not confirm this. But I think that he will appear supposedly in moments where the heroes' past years will be shown, as memories and even the youth of different years and different events. After all, season 7 will be full of events from different periods of the life of our main characters. The son of actor Fyodor Dobronravov will play Ivan Budko in his youth, for example.
