  • iron;
  • magnesium;
  • sulfur;
  • phosphorus;
  • potassium;
  • iodine;
  • calcium;
  • selenium.

Condensed milk contains 330 kcal per 100 g, and the daily intake should not exceed this portion if you really want to benefit. Excess dosage is only harmful to the body. But potassium supports the heart, blood vessels, vision, teeth and bone tissue.

As you know, doctors forbid pregnant women to consume a large number of sweet treats, but 100 g concentrated milk is an essential portion that provides the body with healthy elements, vitamins and minerals. But, with diabetes, this product must be forgotten. By the way, even small amounts of condensed milk can be safely allocated to children from 5 years old.
