Where should the Money Tree stand in the apartment so that the plant grows quickly and blooms beautifully

Ten years ago, an acquaintance brought me a stalk of the Money Tree as a gift. In general, I didn't want to have such a flower. But, in order not to offend the donor, she stuck a twig into the first pot that came across.

And I did not even expect that such a handsome man would grow up, and a blooming one. However, during all this time, I became convinced in practice of the importance of observing the basic rules for placing a Money Tree (fat woman) in an apartment.

1. The money tree does not tolerate direct sunlight. Its leaves are immediately covered with burn spots. The fat woman can be “walked” on the balcony in summer, but only if it is possible to protect her from the aggressive effects of the sun.

2. I have a Money Tree near a window facing southeast. And they say that this is just the best place for this plant. Windows facing southwest or south would have to be shaded in summer.

3. In winter, it is better to move the fat woman closer to the window. With a lack of light, the Money Tree begins to stretch. If the windows face the north side, then additional lighting is indispensable.

4. When my Money Tree was small, I placed it on the windowsill. But after the fat woman had grown, I had to buy a special floor stand, since the plant needs free space for the correct formation of the crown.

5. The money tree does not like plants standing next to it, violating its "personal boundaries". However, the crown of a fat woman develops well if there are moisture-loving flowers nearby, when caring for which the surrounding space is moistened.

6. The fat woman needs to be provided not only with good lighting, but also with constant access to fresh air. Therefore, the Money Tree feels good only in ventilated areas.

7. Drafts are contraindicated for the plant, but it will be even worse in a hot and stuffy room. Also, the Money Tree does not tolerate dusty rooms, so it is better to choose a place for it with minimal dust accumulation.

8. It is believed that a bedroom is a good place to place a fat woman, since the plant cleans the air well and gets rid of unpleasant odors. But in my bedroom there is too little light for the Money Tree, so it lives in my kitchen.

Following these simple rules helped me grow a large money tree with a beautiful crown, which blooms almost every fall.

Of course, his flowers are not large, but the blooming fat woman looks very attractive.
