The lot was empty.
I ordered a 3 + 4 bathhouse, brought 4 + 6, gave five walls for the same price. In the future, it turned out to be a wonderful residential house with a basement and all the amenities. But I started a big house with a full basement in 2007. Having made a drawing on paper, ordering blocks of fbs-ki in 16 hours, together with a crane operator and an assistant who interfered with the solution, we laid out the walls of the basement. It was very hard, three days after I slept like a marmot.
Yes, before that there was a plate of 20 cm, I learned to knit the 26th reinforcement, together with one Tajik. Of course, it was not poured manually and there were 2 assistants. Next was the floor slab. Already familiar to me reinforcement, racks, plywood, again 1-2 assistants, tk. you don't need more if you understand the process and know what and how to do and, most importantly, do it yourself too!

Locals say they would never have believed it if they had not seen it with their own eyes. I laid out all the internal partitions easily and with pleasure. I hired specialists only for heating and electric trains. I am not trainable here. Everything is very difficult, but the return is colossal. And the result is of course. Now I look, I don't believe myself.
It's one thing to buy a plot, but decide on a capital house, made of aerated concrete block 10 + 12, with monolithic ceilings!!! With an extremely small income, Horror, crazy!!!
