Folk remedies to help strengthen immunity
Only after becoming a mother, I realized how important it is to strengthen the immunity of children. Like all women, it is very difficult for me when my children are sick. I never once again resort to drugs when it comes to children. Therefore, I began to look for folk recipes that can raise immunity and protect the growing body from constant diseases. I want to share proven tools with you.
Echinacea
It needs to be drunk as a course. I did this: I took 1 tablespoon of the echinacea collection, poured it with a glass of boiling water and left it overnight so that it was well infused. In the morning, she filtered the infusion through cheesecloth and gave it to the children half an hour before breakfast. The course lasts 10 days, this will be enough to increase immunity, for example, in the fall.
Sea buckthorn
This berry contains a large amount of vitamin C, which perfectly improves immunity. Take a glass of fresh sea buckthorn berries, rinse them and beat them in a blender. You can add a couple of tablespoons of sugar or honey for flavor. The mixture is kept in the refrigerator. To forget about diseases, you need to take it twice a day for a tablespoon or just add it to tea. This is delicious.
Onion with honey
I could not force my children to take this mixture, but I tried it on myself when I got sick. I must admit that a couple of days after taking this remedy, all the symptoms of a cold disappeared. I took 250g of onion, chopped it finely, poured it with water (0.5l), added a couple of tablespoons of sugar and cooked it over low heat for two hours. Then she let the mixture cool down and added a spoonful of honey.
Cranberry
This recipe is perfect for kids. Mine really liked the taste of this paste, they didn't even realize that I was giving it as a medicine. To craft it, you need to take a pound of fresh cranberries. Mash it well, add 3 chopped apples, 1 tbsp. l. chopped walnuts, 2 tbsp. l. sugar and half a liter of water.
To make the pasta smooth, I whipped all the ingredients in a blender. Chopped food should be put on the stove, covered with water and cooked until boiling. This mixture should be eaten one spoon at a time in the morning and evening. My kids even asked for more.
Rosehip
Our whole family drinks a rosehip decoction during seasonal diseases: in autumn and spring. I just chop the berries and pour boiling water over them, let them brew and then give all the household a spoonful in the morning. You can also add it to tea.
Carrots with beets
Despite the unappetizing combination, the broth turns out to be beautiful and sweet, children will definitely like it. You need to take a pound of carrots and beets, peel them and chop them very finely. Put the vegetables in a saucepan and pour boiling water over them, it should completely cover them. Cook over medium heat until the beets are soft. Then strain the broth, add a little raisins and dried apricots, and put on the stove again. Bring it to a boil and leave to cool. You can also add a spoonful of honey.
You need to drink this remedy for a month, then you will definitely forget about colds and viruses. Give babies a teaspoon three times a day.
Vitamin Blend
This delicacy will boost your immune system in a matter of days. Preparing it is elementary. Take dried apricots, walnuts, raisins, figs, and prunes. Pass them through a meat grinder and add 2 tbsp. l. honey. If a child takes this mixture at least three times a day, he will not be afraid of any infections.
