I bought an expensive fan heater, but did not take into account one main point, the heating power
A couple of months ago, my husband and I decided to buy a heat gun. Since we live in an apartment building, we have central heating, and before the start of the heating season, we were always freezing. We chose for a long time, searched in many shops and then came across a small network of electrical appliances store "220 Volts".
The sales assistant advised us to purchase a Wester fan heater model.
Its power is three kilowatts, which is pretty good because, in fact, we needed to heat the bedroom in other rooms, we warmed ourselves with the Split system. I want to note right away that we are completely lacking that declared power, and I know that three kilowatts will be enough to heat even two rooms.
And so my husband somehow accurately measured its power, and it turned out that it is exactly two times less, we already wanted to return the heater back to the store. But they did not find a check for it, so they decided to leave it.
This fan heater is quite convenient to use, it has a handle for moving from place to place, practical legs from which it falls, in addition, its flow can be slightly changed, directs it down or up.
It has three main modes of operation, only it is possible to heat a little in the room only at full power mode, in my opinion, the other two are simply useless.
It seems to have a fan mode, but no matter how much we tried to understand how it works, we did not understand.
It starts to blow with a little cool air, but in this case, the fan will be better able to handle it in the room, even not at full power.
As a result, as we were freezing in the autumn at night, when we slept, we are freezing, it would be better to spend this money on warm blankets.
