Healthy tasty potato spaghetti
It is believed that raw potatoes are healthy, but you cannot call them tasty. Our friends found the golden mean. I also wanted to make such a dish, but decided to postpone it until the next harvest in order to get the maximum taste. So I am sharing the recipe in its purest form, as my friends did. Delicious!

One potato per person is optimal. Can be cut into strips.
