My effective ways to stop hair loss

Almost everyone faces the problem of hair loss. The first thing people do in such cases is panic, they begin to look for the cause of baldness in serious diseases. In fact, stress alopecia is the most common cause. If the process is not stopped, then all hair can be lost.

I faced such a problem several years ago. It was the psychological and emotional shake-up that led to hair loss. But I did not attach any importance to this situation, because such a working rhythm is natural for me. Every day, the skin on my head shone through more and more.

My effective ways to stop hair loss

I got scared, I started to panic that the time for wearing wigs would come. I didn't want that.

I turned to specialists, the doctors prescribed a course of laboratory tests, but fortunately, they did not find any pathology that could contribute to hair loss. They advised me to consult a psychotherapist and endocrinologist. So they named the reason for the gradual baldness and prescribed a course of treatment.

But first, I put my nerves in order, and then took up my diet. Carrots, beets, different types of cabbage, bell peppers, apples, pumpkin, fresh herbs have become regulars in my kitchen. And I also fell in love with jellied meat and aspic from fish.

And although I was indifferent to porridge before, I had to cook. But then I liked it myself, because they could be eaten with different berries and fruits. So I still buy barley groats, buckwheat, rice, although there is no longer any problem.

I had neither the physical nor the material opportunity to do massage regularly, so I took it up on my own. On a weekly basis I applied nourishing masks of burdock oil, washed my hair with infusion of onion peels. But first I made the shortest haircut, so as not to pull out the remaining hair when combing.

But none of this could have saved me if my state of mind had not improved, the stress had not stopped. From the first days I got a dream. Beginning, while the psyche has not yet stabilized, I slept for 5-6 hours a day, then everything returned to normal.

But the main thing that I now know is that hair loss is not always associated with disease. You need to start treatment with yourself, bring your mental state back to normal. Sometimes this can even be achieved with exercise. So it's worth a try.
