Rick's gas stove of Russian production

Choosing a new gas stove, I presented several requirements to it, which must all be met. After all, a good stove today costs at least 20 thousand rubles, so spending a lot of money and not getting what I want was unacceptable.

I wanted the stove to work only on the hob from gas, and the oven to be electric. Since I like baking more, it always turns out to be of high quality in an electric oven. Electric heating elements should be at the top and bottom. The convector ensures even heating especially well, which drives air throughout the entire volume of the oven and does not allow the dough to burn. A stove without a convector is not interesting to me. I definitely need a thermostat to keep the temperature I want.

In addition, I want the burners on the stove to be both under the large and under the small saucepan, for a faster boil.

When I started looking for such a stove, the store advised me a Russian-made Rika B 105 587105 gas stove.

I began to study its characteristics and, in general, I liked the stove. Then it turned out that one of my friends had such a stove.

The Rika combination hob consists of a gas hob and an electric oven. It is made in a classic white color that will fit into our interior. The hob is equipped with four gas burners. Moreover, the burners are of different sizes - large and small. This is convenient, you can quickly heat up, for example, a small saucepan.

The control knobs are located on the panel, as usual, at the front top. Mechanical pivoting levers provide simple operation. There is a traditional crockery drawer under the oven.

There are two heating elements in the oven - upper and lower, they both turn on at the same time. Since heating occurs from two sides, natural convection is created in the oven - mixing of streams of hot air. But there is no forced convection - there is no special fan. That is, it immediately lowered the rating of such a plate in my eyes.

Note that the stove has a thermostat that helps to regulate the required temperature for each dish.

What I also liked about this stove is the retractable baking tray bracket. It's pretty handy. That is, you can push it out, check the readiness of the baking, and, without taking out the baking sheet, push it back.

And now about the disadvantages. As the owner of such a stove told me, there is a very inconvenient glass on the front panel. It is tinted, only a small window is left transparent. It looks pretty. But in practice, it turned out that even with the backlight on (there is a backlight), it is impossible to see what is happening inside the oven. This is a serious flaw. What the designers thought is not clear. Apparently, they don't cook themselves.

Inside the oven, the surface is covered with enamel, that is, it will be very easy to clean at first. If not started, the oven will stay clean for many years.

Thus, I am not ready to buy a Rick brand cooker yet. For me, the lack of a convector, the inconvenient front glass in the oven is a serious drawback. If you have already drawn up a list of requirements, then deviating from them means reducing the quality of your life.

The price of such a stove in our store is 15,000 rubles. It is very inexpensive, for example, Hephaestus combined plates cost 25,000 rubles. But it is incorrect to compare them, the quality is still different. After all, Rika is a domestic stove, it was produced in the city of Kirov.

Of course, it is better than many cheap cookers. But I will look for something more appropriate to my requirements.
