How to move from city to country. Moving stories, what difficulties we had to face. On the pros and cons of suburban life in your house. Our subscriber shared his story with us.

Due to a number of circumstances, my family was forced to move from a big city to a small northern remote village in the Omsk region, which is located fifty kilometers from the city. The village is located not far from the regional center, which is of no small importance. At the same time, we have preserved housing in the city.

Difficulties we encountered while moving.

· Making the very decision to move. One of the decisive factors in making a decision can be called frequent diseases of the upper respiratory tract in children.

· Remoteness of the village. It takes 7 hours to get to our destination by car, and 10-12 hours by bus. There is a road along which you can get to Omsk in 4-5 hours, functioning in winter, as well as in summer, when there is no rain.

· Financial expenses. Everyone knows that various transfers require significant expenses. In addition to renting vehicles, some companies are asking to reimburse the cost of fuel and lubricants. We managed to avoid this by having our own truck.

The advantages of our moving to the village are countless. I would like to point out a few of the most important ones, in my opinion.

1. Fresh air. My children stopped being ill, which I am incredibly happy about. Persistent otitis and sinusitis are gone. Our house is located on the banks of the river, not so far away is a mixed forest, pine forest, which has a beneficial effect on the upper respiratory tract.

2. Organic products. More and more urban dwellers are trying to find natural products. And where, no matter how in the village, to find them. We have our own small farm. Thanks to this farm, we save well on food. Meat, eggs, vegetables, berries - these are products that I can say with 100% certainty that they are natural. Of course, in the summer there is a lot of work to be done to ensure that your table is abundant in natural products, but when you see the composition of products of dubious quality that are sold in stores - no doubts arise as a result of your labor.

3. The quality of education. I am a teacher myself, so I can say with confidence that education in the outback of our large country is at the proper level. Another question is if the child cannot intellectually master the program. In our regional center there are children who are prize-winners at regional olympiads in various subjects. Additional education is also at a good level. Artistic, musical, choreographic departments - they do not run out of people who want to study. Tourism is very developed in our area. Expeditions, rafting and much more.

While mentioning the pros of living in the countryside, you shouldn't forget about the cons. I will single out a few.

· "Decay" of villages. It is very painful to see how young people are forced to leave their homes in search of a better life.

· The medicine. Due to optimization in medicine, the staff of medical workers has been significantly reduced, which sometimes inspires fear. But in our village, despite the optimization, there are many professionals in their field. We were convinced for ourselves. My child broke both arms, and urgent surgery was required. Help was provided instantly. A few days later, we decided to go to the city to make sure of the quality of the services provided. The doctors we visited noted the high level of assistance provided to us in the regional center.

· Problem with roads. It's no secret that there are two troubles in Russia. Three hundred kilometers of good asphalt gives way to broken asphalt. It is necessary to drive two hundred kilometers at a minimum speed, so as not to change the wheels or racks of the car during the next trip.

Any move should be deliberate and balanced. Each family decides what is best for him. My family decided and implemented their idea, which they did not regret for several years after the move.
